@Wetrix I hate to be cynical, but the oversight group will probably be hand picked by the people that would abuse the law. The FISA court was supposed to be the check on the power and keep things constitutional, but it turned into a rubber stamp. I don't think the problems with the Patriot Act can be fixed, it has to be thrown out.
