Camp #Moaba #Playa, an around two hour #hike (but only if weather conditions are good) from #Ureca, the small #village where I live in the #dryseason on #Bioko Island, #EquatorialGuinea.

The #NatureReserve around San Antonio de #Ureca is characterized to possess with 11 species of primates and large stretches of as-yet-unspoiled forest habitat the largest variety of #primates in the world; of course in proportion to its size and number.

Nevertheless, a rare sight is this large, dominant male #drill #monkey (Mandrillus leucophaeus) - (not to be confused with their close relative #mandril (Mandrillus sphinx) - who is going to enjoy some #figs on Equatorial Guinea’s #Bioko Island
