Just watched a few moments of the movie #thegreenmile on commercial television. By the amount of commercials and thus the total time involved watching that movie, I would call it the green marathon.
Now looking for a substitute for Instagram. Found something like pixelfed. But I am not fully aware of al fediverse app platforms. What’s more in this world of the fediverse!?
I’ve been on the Facebook and Twitter for a long time. Since (I guess) 3 years or so I have presence on the Fediverse. Mainly mastodon. I like mastodon a lot because it’s a fine replacement of Twitter. I am very close of killing my Facebook account. Twitter I am not sure if but I am spending much time there anymore. Mainly on the privacytools mastodon instance now.
Dumb question maybe but how can I easily distinguish a private/direct toot from the rest of toots?

@Tommy That was quite a conversation with that guy. I think he wants a 100% safe/foolproof/secure service on a platform (the internet) that is not safe/foolproof and secure at all.

I got a weird thing with Nextcloud through a Nginx reverse proxy.
Folders are duplicated through webdav if I connect through NGINX. The folder has a subfolder with it's own name.
A local connect through webdav is ok.
The folder has itself as child folder, but that folder is unreachable with a 404.
Anyone saw this behavior ?
Guys, I like some personal data of my Synology to a cloud storage. Reason is of course if something happens at my home we all don't want (fire, burglary).
But what is a good and private cloud storage to backup about 1Tbyte of data.
