Seems like my RPi is off, its IP isn't changed because I've setup python script to notify me if it is. Maybe SD card finally died after 1.5 years? Whats life expetancy of SD cards on Raspberry Pi 3?
Back online, SD card is still alive. Problem was in nameserver in resolv.conf, reconfigured PiHole and everything is ok
