I head this advice somewhere and remind myself about it every time I'm stressed about the future.

Imagine 4 weeks have already passed, you do have a place to live, you moved somehow, you found a work or maybe still looking for it.
Then imagine 8 weeks have passed, and eventually everything is how you wanted it to be, or maybe not so perfect, but you can live with that.
The logic behind it is that you're gonna be there and then, and today's stress won't matter.
This really helps me.
