Apps targeting Android SDK 30 published by F-Droid cannot yet be installed on Android 11. This affects at least FairEmail, Netguard, OpenVPN and a few others.
You might want to hold up upgrading your device to Android 11 for a few weeks if you rely on any of these apps.
As a developer, you might want to hold up upgrading targetSDK to 30 for a bit.
The issue is tracked here, including a workaround for getting your data back from FairEmail in case you already fell into this trap.

@hyperfocal I just left Instagram and stopped using it. Tried to use telegram channel as a photo feed but...
The weirdest #privacytools thing is you have to buy the most popular smartphone model to get some custom ROM support. Super ultra premium models get some HW issues and less FW support.
ASUS sucks. Same HW troubles as I had with Nexus 7 2013 LTE.
@hyperfocal Gcam with some Android devices are good enough too. But smartphones cannot replace FF sensor with 50 1.4

There is no privacy in the internet. If you send smth to network, it is not a secret anymore. Even if encrypted.

@ben_dw I use LineageOS without google services, root (addonSU), always on VPN (ipsec eats less battery).
Damn why are dedicated servers are still so expensive. 2Tb for files and photos, 100Gb for mail 🤔 Maybe it's a good idea to delete all the photos and 🤫
1700 km for 24 hrs by car? Or 1100 + 600 and fkin hotel room for a sleep?
