In Poland, a writer Jakub Żulczyk is accused of insulting the President by calling him a "retard" on Facebook.
Daniel Tiles recalls a classic Polish illustration by Andrzej Mleczko (I think well from 80's):
"We're ruled by idiots" the man writes on the wall.
"Should we arrest him for insulting the authorities or for revealing state secrets", says the officer.
A pretty balanced overview of the "UK vs EU vaccine" shitstorm, as seen from a side (Ireland).
I can just add that even this very balanced article misses one important detail when it speaks about "European leaders".
There's "European Union", a single political body composed of 27 member states, which basically said "AZ is safe" (EMA). Then there are 27 members, the national governments of the EU, a few of which were spreading FUD.
But these are distinct bodies!

Note how sloppy was the editing in this case - swastika was simply pained over, Hochfinooz was blurred and Marxismus was simply covered by a flag 🤷
This was reported by the following independent portals:
Graphical designers working for Kremlin love to reuse existing artwork for propaganda posters. There were cases where posters praising "heroic Red Army" used photos of American or German soldiers, which could be attributed to sloppiness.
But now this "we will thwart Russophobia" is just a verbatim copy of the original with just swastika removed... 🤦♂️
None of the media who reported it can actually post the original picture as they would be prosecuted for... promoting Nazi ideology.

"Energy from burning biomass is incentivised and subsidised by the EU members under the Renewable Energy Directive II. As a result, biomass has become the main source of “renewable” energy in the EU with a share of almost 60 %. Not solar or off-shore wind power as one would imagine, given the importance of both healthy ecosystems and immediate emission cuts, clearly and repeatedly stated by the IPCC"

@themactep and if you can't afford to donate money - you can donate time. If you can't write code it's often really easy to submit improvements to documentation, or help out on the community pages / forums etc. Write quality bug reports. Post a "thank you", or just shout about how great the project is.
A good documentary about German Atom-Exit as part of Energiewende - its origins (much earlier than Fukushima), political background and current situation.
basically the failure of #Energiewende and #renewables , this demonstrate that without #nuclearpower you can’t #decarbonize a country

Hello everyone! I'm Andy, and I'm so excited to be here!
I'm a sysadmin from Cambridge in the UK, and have earnt a Merveilles invitation by hacking about with @neauoire's Uxn. I think my contributions span three lines of code so far!
I'm in the middle of a mechanical keyboard building project, inspired by @Kooda here. It's gone on for ages and might be suffering from feature creep. I'm sure by the time it's running Uxn and I can phone and SMS people with it, it'll be finished.
