> would call the US propaganda now more developed than in any other country
Somehow not, if they managed to have four *different* presidents and governments since 90's.
Russia and Belarus had just one all the time 😂
> the Ukrainian airframe is capable of achieving flight endurance
So basically what you're saying is that Russia, who deployed dozens of electronic warfare units to Donbass, including anti-drone and jamming stations, and routinely interferes with OSCE drones, suddenly passed a mysterious Ukrainian UAV deep into its territory? 🤔
The front line has moved since 2014 so it's possible. And while raising a "who would" argument, you forget about the same question for the UAV version — who would send an UAV to drop a grenade in a random village 30 km from front line?
This case is pretty clear as for media coverage — there is no evidence for any drone attack, it's just a doubtful hypothesis, which didn't prevent Russian media from spinning it with the sole intention of inciting hatred.

Of more recent examples of wars based entirely on fakes I'd rather use Donbass. And they are pumping it all the time.
If you checked, you know very well it happened 30 km from the front line well beyond reach of Ukrainian UAVs and the child was killed by a land mine stored in a garage. You say "who knows", but Russian media pushed it as if they knew 100% it was Ukrainian UAV. So yes, it is a vicious fake.

"Anti-Maskers Ready to Start Masking—to Protect Themselves From the Vaccinated"
> The US popular TV channels
Fortunately, I don't have to watch US or UK TV in addition to Russian or Polish, these two are sufficient to make me sick 😂
However I don't think that even Fox News ever resorted to such an aggressive fakes as the "crucifixed boy" or the recent "Ukrainian UAV kills child" stories, both created and intentionally pumped by all Russian state-controlled media.
Another interesting case is the "Smoleńsk assassination inquiry" which bears many similarities to how Russia was playing the MH17 shoot down.
Facing wealth of well-established and consistent evidence both parties resorted to "firehose" tactics, basically flooding the debate with an endless stream of mutually exclusive, inconsistent or utterly absurd stories with the only objective being to sew doubt, rather than actually prove anything.
TVP even resorts to the same narratives as Russian propaganda - for example that fall of communism in 1989 was a conspiracy by "elites", which is utterly stupid *especially* for a government which *at the same time* portrays itself as "anti-communist".
> what techniques they are actually using
Before 2015 everyone had been accusing TVP of bias, but what funny enough opposition accused it of pro-gov bias while gov - of pro-opposition bias.
After 2015 it was like someone flipped a switch. Overnight TVP literally became a copy of Rossiya 1, with extremely aggressive language, black-and-white "us vs them" narratives, directed hate against specific people, outright fakes and 95% of the interviewed guests from the ruling party.
> better appealing to their voter base
Well, when you appear to your voter base by means of really primitive fakes and lowest emotions, this is textbook definition of propaganda, isn't it?
