First time I watched it I had an impression it's some kind of dystopian environmental performance, but no - this is perfectly edited idyllic picture of tree burning business. Oh and that "they had this forest with no value" opening...
Russian Roscomnadzor agency for the first time enabled country-wide bandwidth restriction to Twitter traffic in Russia to blackmail it into submission on censoring content considered illegal in Russia.
This resulted in a exquisite clusterfuck as mobile subscribers in Russia couldn't access Russian gov websites due to crappy DPI $95m technology, while some politicians blamed... the West in cyberattack on Kremlin 🤷🏼♂️
Роскомнадзор замедляет "Твиттер". Как это работает?

@kravietz I remember someone launched a scare campaign on FB about "what do you think about the government teaching our kids Arabic numbers in school", and it totally worked as intended. Which scared *me* a lot.
I remember, that was trolling level master 😂
Just to be sure - there are different media in the UK. BBC holds pretty good impartiality standards but Society of Editors includes people from UK tabloids which are the worst scum, comparable probably only with Russia Today. Except what RT is being (deservedly) criticised for, is forgiven to the tabloids "because they just do it for profit".
If they write about it, then their target audience apparently is somewhat agitated by that. That's the logic of mass media.
You could replace "halal" with "kosher" or "GMO" or "irradiated" and the target audience would be just as triggered even though none of these makes any difference 🤷
