Inaczej to idzie przez sądy na podstawie przepisów ogólnych, co niesłychanie wydłuża cały proces oraz prowadzi do nadużyć, bo interpretacje sądów się różnią. W tym kontekście pytanie "to dlaczego tej ustawy nie ma" jest retoryczne...
Dokładnie tak samo jak z planowaniem przestrzennym - dlaczego w miastach nie ma PZP skoro budowy na postawie WZ prowadzą do nadużyć i chaosu? No więc dokładnie dlatego...
Jeżeli uznajemy ciągłość prawną między II RP a PRL (czego PRL nie negował) oraz PRL i III RP to dokładnie tak to powinno działać, że babcia mogła odzyskać bezprawnie odebrane jej przodkom dobro niezależnie od tego czy oni żyją czy nie. Problem polega na tym, że do przywracania naruszeń prawa na tę skalę powinno być jednolite ustawowe narzędzie, które jasno określi zasady, terminy i odszkodowania.

Problem polega na tym, że w Polsce nigdy nie wprowadzono jasnych i spójnych dla wszystkich zasad w postaci ustawy reprywatyzacyjnej. Dzięki temu w reprywatyzacji brylujują głównie oszuści oraz "ludzie z układami" jak np. organizacje kościelne. Moim zdaniem w związku z dramatycznie niskim poziomem zaufania do instytucji państwa w Polsce reprywatyzacja jak najbardziej powinna być przeprowadzona, niezależnie od oceny instytucji Kościoła.

Ничего негде не просто к сожалении. Это как игра с открытым сценарием.
Вот в Англии сейчас балловая система. Вариантов получить визу на работу десятки и нет возможности их как то подитожить одним словом. Надо копаться в документах которые выложены на сайтах Home Office и подискать самый подходящий вариант для своей ситуации.
А ещё надо уметь креативно преувеличивать свои способности и опыть.

I just bought a laptop from them and they not only put it together and shipped it in just a few days but they installed the distro of my choice with the username I chose and I even asked them to partition the hard drive and they did that. The service was incredible and you can even choose the "premium" thermal paste!😂 Or get it barebones.
