A side note: if you're young and/or lucky enough to have that part in pretty good shape, pay attention to *lower back exercise* even more than abs, biceps and other visual parts. They're easy and quick and will save you a lot of pain in your 40's - I learned it the hard way 😃
@Wetrix
If you look closer, they're continuing up and it's perfectly normal because they're part of this wondrous structure!
Light, not cheap 😃 I was analysing lifecycle material inputs and CO₂ emissions from various sources in the past. In case of residential PV the scaffolding is still there - it's the house !
Precisely, and that's just for operations. Mining, manufacturing, distribution, decommissioning also uses space. This is only accounted in research that looks at total lifecycle surface power density, and if you combine that table with lifecycle CO₂ emissions I think it's quite clear what is better for environment.
Now, if you imagine covering 400 hectares of meadows, moorlands and forest with these, you can understand why PV on industrial scale can become controversial

On the intl' day to
#ProtectEducationFromAttack we should remember how all war parties in #Syria used the schools and other education facilities as detanation/torturing centers or other military purposes. The following video is one of the first abuses in SY 2011 by #Assad army.

@danie10 No mention of libgen? 🤔
So you have actually provided the evidence of some changes by Rosstat yourself. The *current* article posted at qESXsQHc was last modified on 7 September, three days *after* Прайм published their analysis. This is what Прайм cited after the previous Rosstat data:
Deaths Jan-Jul 2019 = 1.07m
Deaths Jan-Jul 2020 = 1.13m
Births Jan-Jul 2019 = 860.4k
Births Jan-Jul 2020 = 811.5k
Technically what Znak wrote is true.
Also I'm certainly aware Russia is not USSR, but numerous features of the political system such as propaganda, cult of personality, corruption and abuse of power by authorities have been promptly restored so concerns about where this is all going are justified.
This link you gave https://rosstat.gov.ru/storage/mediabank/qESXsQHc/edn07-2020.htm is identical, except for the unique identifier https://rosstat.gov.ru/storage/mediabank/mrFGhhgL/edn07-2020.htm The latter linked by Прайм and by Znak gives Доступ запрещен. Since none of the journalists thought about about archiving it in archive.org, I can't check what was published there before.
If you check the original Прайм article from 4 September here https://1prime.ru/state_regulation/20200904/831991975.html you'll see that they're simply discussing the results.
