There's a GUI, but the CLI is so good, just `onionshare somestuff.bin` and you get a temporary onion service serving a static password protected website with the file made available. By default once the file has been downloaded, everything shuts down.

На это ещё накладываются кавказские обычаи, то есть дорогие понты (ворота, свадьбы) и обязаности типа младшый сын должен оставаться с родителями.
Если ты в "правильном" клану, можно в менты или администрацию. Там конечьно надо воровать побыстрее, потому что кланы иногда меняются у власти.
То есть в итоге кто может тот валит из КБР в Мск или Спб, поскольку для многих ситуация довольно безвыходная. Оттуда большой отток молодёжы в радикальный ислам.
То есть в итоге получается что на эти глобальные перемены накладыватся местная традиция, которая их только усиливает а не заглаживает. Вот я часто бываю в Кабарино-Балкарии, если тебе там 20 лет можешь или идти в КБГУ, которог диплом так скажем не сильно уважают в мире, поскольку взяточництво цветёт :) Или в местной торговле, с рабскими зарплатой порядка 15кр, при чём жилё стоит 10--12кр. Бизнес открыть сложно поскольку всё области контролируются местными кланами.
P.S. могу свидительстоввать что @dump_stack точно не кремлёвский попутчик :)
Надо отделить глобальные процессы от российской специфики. Народ перемещается из сел в города в целом мире, а особенно в развивающихся странах, поскольку в городах легче о работу и ближе к инфраструктуре - школы, больницы, Интернет.
Специфика России конечно в коррупции и расслоении, то есть с одной стороны целые районы городов без канализации и дорог, но по середине особняки построены за спизженые деньги с бюджеда на эти же удобства...

@clacke Ah right, so it's probably just the regular visa form https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa but you need to select Hong Kong (British nationals overseas) in the second step. But the if the first works, I see no reason it would work...
@dump_stack I have no idea who she is but it was posted by Belarussian journalists in London on Twitter so I assume they did the checking!
Someone wrote on Twitter that British Nationals Overseas applications might have been blocked from HK but then I remembered that you don't have the Shield, so it was strange. Can you try the BNO form and check if it works?
Well, as it is clear from the article it's not a problem with BAT but with Ethereum, on which BAT is based. BAT is one of many dapps that suffer from these absurdly high fees. If situation continues, Brave will need to look for alternative payment solutions, which would be a shame since how BAT works currently is quite smooth user and publisher experience

nheko, a Matrix client, just merged code for voice calls. AFAIK, this is the first community-powered client with VoIP support ever.
