First FSB armed group lead by Girkin entered Donbass in April 2014, two months *after* GRU operation in Crimea.
FFS the levels of ignorance are just shocking: this guy was just confronted with the fact that Germany already has two deep geologic repositories that keep highly toxic arsenic, cyanide and mercury waste.
His answer is a mix of wishful thinking and complete nonsense from chemical, physical and biological point of view:
