Two ignorants - Saker and Giuliani - are talking on BBC about US invasion in Iraq and Afghanistan. Saker:

Giuliani:
> well I'm sure that is significantly exaggerated
However, both of them are wrong. Vast majority of the civilian casualties in Iraq were killed by militias formed by former Saddam Hussein's army (red below), and various islamist groups.
