is there such a thing as an antenna that you can install on your countryside home that would amplify 3G and 4G signals nearby?

A 4G modem like Huawei E8372 with external antenna socket, and then externa MIMO antenna which you put on the roof. Just make sure it's MIMO antenna — dual cable with two plugs.
