However @dump_stack is right that Dugin kind of lost his appeal among Russian political elites, mostly because none of his predictions actually ever materialised. Surkov also has fallen out of grace after his Novorossiya kind of didn't catch with the masses.
@kravietz @dump_stack Lost favor but not dead and not arrested. It's an interesting status, and I'm following with an eye out - there's like at least two Eurasian projects competing that I know of, probably more, so I think they may yet activate him if he lives long enough. Still, this is a little outside of my field of expertise - I was never particularly interested in traditionalism.
