So what you're basically saying - correct me if I'm wrong - is that if you watch Russian news long enough you will develop a false memory that "пломбир был вкуснее". Which is of course true, for unprotected audience.
To which I respond that it's the same with any exposure to any stochastic risk factor, like SARS-CoV-2 for example.
Once you're aware of the risk, and use safeguards, you can reduce the risk below the threshold of being viable.
