This is a sad day for our fundamental rights. #TERREG was officially adopted by the European Parliament last night. It opens the floodgates for possible censorship all over Europe. Governments can abuse it in order to silence criticism. But he's completely ignoring the fact that these regulations already exist in 27 Member States of EU, already with no court supervision or no appeal process. What TERREG does is to bring order into this mess and create an uniform process with guaranteed rights.
