It kind of seems like an exceedingly rare, but nevertheless systemic problem, especially now the same picture has shown with the J&J vaccine that's build on the same basic building blocks. I wouldn't be surprised to see those vaccines accompanied by a prior blood test to find risk patients as soon as the exact circumstances are known.
