@kravietz ...except not everyone is immediately at risk to get infected with COVID-19, whereas, in the optimal case, everyone gets vaccinated.

Also the deaths have been due to a very specific kind of blood clot, that does show up extremely rarely otherwise (so that risk table is off in general).

Most European countries seem to go the way of excluding the currently apparent risk group and recommend to use a different vaccine for those. Nothing is lost in terms of general progress.

I would personally accept any vaccine, including Sputnik, if someone would offer it to me. I'm 45 and by UK schedule I will get the 1st dose by June and while so far I avoided getting infected, the risk from Covid-19 is much much larger than any risks from vaccines so this is rather simple risk assessment from my point of view.

@kravietz You reject the fact that once you get one, you must be vaccinated for each new strain because you are far more susceptible to those after the first? If they’d give me mine to take home, I’d send it to you in dry ice. @galaxis @smpl

@epic @galaxis @smpl

And if you also live near 5G masts, you're double susceptible!

@kravietz Have you watched Dr. Cole (I think that’s his name), testifying in Idaho, and all the other doctors saying the same thing but silenced? @galaxis @smpl

@kravietz (And you don’t install CCP hardware and thing you’re not being spied upon.) @galaxis @smpl

@epic @galaxis @smpl

Nope, but I have read dr (no longer) Andrew Wakefield who carefully engineered a whole "MMR vaccine causes autism" conspiracy only to help law firm who funded him to extort compensations from medical firms. When you have a single doctor testifying about alleged harm caused by X, when the general consensus is that X is safe, always check in what compensation claims his testimony is being used.

@kravietz I’m the furthest thing from anti-vax, so none of that autism stuff means a lick to me. The laws in the US had to be changed because the “vaccine” is not a vaccine, it’s a medical device. Then, the government cannot approve a vaccine, so the NIH approved the vaccine, but Fauci, the highest paid man in US government, controls the NIH. Fauci is the government. He also created the virus and has admitted to it in the last press conference because it was exposed that he did.

You’re so set on believing in globalism that you won’t look? I’ll be happy to send it all to you. You will change your mind when you hear Fauci and learn he’s making money of the $3,000 a shot he hold patents on for the virus he funded the creation of to cure Aids then Covid. There is no conspiracy theory, no jumps in logic, no missing facts or actions after his recent press conference.

The real cure costs two cents, not $3,000 a vaccine. The government has just blocked access to it so you must get the vaccine. Don’t get in the boxcar. @galaxis @smpl

@kravietz Oh, personally, I'll totally get any vaccination that's available to me too - but in general it won't change a lot to wait for the AstraZeneca problem to be pinned down, at least as long es there are enough people waiting that are out of the currently obvious risk group (as large as it is). The current recommendation in Germany is to not use AstraZeneca on people younger than 60.

(And apparently I have that other instance you've been replying to on my blocklist, so yay!)

I believe that by doing so Germany is "focusing on completely wrong risk", to quote Bruno Waterfield...

thetimes.co.uk/article/the-eus

(Just ignore the fact that he had mixed up EU with EU national governments but that's quite common among Brits.)

@kravietz @smpl For Germany at least, it doesn't currently matter in practice, as there are not enough doses of any available vaccine to go through the current priority groups (which are mostly outside of the known AstraZeneca risk group).

Initially, AstraZeneca wasn't approved for older people here since the original trial group didn't include enough of those, and it was mostly given to younger prioritized people (nurses and such), where then the cases of blood clots showed up.
