@kravietz Piping in with a layman’s view, I agree with dump_stack that (at least) watching propagandistic media on tv affects you even if you know it’s propaganda. I don’t watch it anymore at all, just new channels that have popped up online. Fox News is dead to most all of the right too. [1/4] @dump_stack

@kravietz US journalists on television and print, along with both them and the average American Joe on social media are afraid to write the truth for fear of being cancelled. If they write anything just a little off, they’re suspended and must apologize and correct their behavior. We’re all being trained like seals balancing balls on our noses. [2/4] @dump_stack

@dump_stack I don’t write what I would about firearms because they’re pushing red-flag laws through a corrupt Congress right now. Anything on social media like μολόν λαβέ and someone will report you and they will come for your guns. My rhetoric is especially subdued about that since the government’s announced they’re tracking the hardware IDs on all social media. Silence even on Fediverse. [3/4] @kravietz

And he answers them. For four hours. Without notes. But they can ask the questions. And he can answer them.

But you surely realize they are only asking questions agreed with Putin's team and he's got a whole team preparing brilliant answers? It's a show, the only purpose of which is to show he's in control.
