Can you recommend any cloud-based software for #OSINT where a group of people can 1) collect evidence (PDF, images), 2) write text with links etc, 3) graph timelines and organisational relationships?

There's Cryptpad, but it can't store easily files. There's NextCloud but you can't draw stuff (to my knowledge). The last one is probably only in Maltego which is $$$
