Cuban 🇨🇺 ruling party has been hit so hard by lack of dollars from wealthy western tourists coming for cheap booze and island fun, that it graciously expanded the list of sectors of economy where private enterprises are allowed. So far, there were 127 of them, now it will be over 2000.
It's what China did, only in 80's, rather than 2021.
