Prosecution surprisingly highlights the lack of independence of Russian court system:

"I would like to draw attention to the fact that Navalny is the only person in Russia who received a privileged treatment [in the form of twice suspended sentence], yet, ignoring this humanitarian attitude that was shown to him, he continued to violate his duties".

Which literally sounds like "the tsar has shown his mercy but you weren't grateful enough".
