This dialogue will be a classic:

Prosecution: - ...and shall deliver documents confirming reasons for non reporting on police station as part of probation...

Navalny: - Coma! Once again: coma involves staying in a bed without consciousness initially, then staying in bed after regaining consciousness, then learning how to walk, for a very long time. You were notified I'm undergoing therapy and then rehabilitation. Is that insufficient?

In the meantime, RT doesn't mention a single word on what's going on in the court but instead publishes a FSB video from 2010 (!)

Prosecution surprisingly highlights the lack of independence of Russian court system:

"I would like to draw attention to the fact that Navalny is the only person in Russia who received a privileged treatment [in the form of twice suspended sentence], yet, ignoring this humanitarian attitude that was shown to him, he continued to violate his duties".

Which literally sounds like "the tsar has shown his mercy but you weren't grateful enough".

@kravietz I read that #Navalny didn't meet his probation requirements AFTER he was declared fully healed by his doctors (to produce the video), and that that's the reason. Was this argument mentioned?
