@Wetrix NHS is a massive organisation that largely relies on private contractors to do the actual field work. And there is a whole spectrum of these - on one hand you've got top-class medical professionals and researchers, on the other you've got people walking around in hospitals in suits, ethnic wear and other anti-sanitary clothes "because tradition".
