@kawaiipunk I did use YubiKey since it was released and websites started supporting it, now switching mostly to U2F.

Each hardware solution is unfortunately limited by the software support and YubiKey has the huge advantage of being simply an "USB keyboard" from app's point of view, while U2F requires actual driver in OS and support in the sofware like web browser. Subject to all kinds of related fuckups like "oh but Firefox running from Snap can't access device X".
