I have similar ones on most of the day, and I tend to forget they are there.

Two friends with hearing loss also say amazing things about them - much better than in/over ear headphones.

@neil I use Aftershokz since a friend (from Mastodon!) recommended them and absolutely pleased. In a plane they require ear plugs as the background noise is too loud but all taken together they are much smaller and more durable than any over-the-ear headphones.
