Law execution in Poland is speculative, so those who may be sanctioned are obviously preparing for the most absurd interpretation. I had my chance to experience it first-hand when in 2014 ZUS was trying to prosecute me for insurance premiums correctly paid in 2004 for a company closed in 2010 :)
