* Schools were face-to-face since the 1 Sep new school year until 16 October; then gradual shift to online - only now fully online.
* Testing rate *much much* too low. 2020-11-04 bluebird data for yesterday: 69,000 tests, 25,000 positive results = 36% positive. => true infection rate must be *much* higher.
* Church gatherings unrestrained.
* Censorship of medical personnel - only a few early cases are listed here:
