I just wrote to @dump_stack privately that the best cure from nationalism is DNA analysis (like MyHeritage, 23andme). Especially in case of Eastern Europe, where masses of humans were flowing here and there for centuries -- and that's great from evolutionary point of view :)

Just don't disrobe yourself to figure out your genetic makeup. The labs are also full of people who like like and add totally made black admixtures into the result and other such shenanigans.
