A side note: if you're young and/or lucky enough to have that part in pretty good shape, pay attention to *lower back exercise* even more than abs, biceps and other visual parts. They're easy and quick and will save you a lot of pain in your 40's - I learned it the hard way πŸ˜ƒ

If you look closer, they're continuing up and it's perfectly normal because they're part of this wondrous structure!

@kravietz Looks like the vertebrae in her spine. If they are In the centre of her back then that's probably what they are.

@kravietz Thanks for that reminder. I have been getting slight lower back pain or tension a couple of days back, and didn't get my ass up to look for some exercises and do them. Now I did.
