In the UK you can - at least based on my 2 years experience - donate at most 2-3x per year. But the donation centers are always fully booked, at least in my area, so there's no shortage of donors. Also I've noticed on my first visit they drew 200 ml, but last time almost half liter, probably because I'm quite tall so technically should have more blood overall 馃槂
