This one is quite silly actually. Schools or hospitals usually struggle with lack of personnel, equipment and overcrowded classes. Cops at least in the US have first-class equipment, the problem is not in shortages of anything but brains.
@kravietz the $monies go to Teachers Union...the monopoly of lotto for education, bulk of revenue goes to pad teachers salaries leavin kids short-changed.
