So as with all populists, Navalny is winning by criticism of the kleptocratic status quo.
Putin could disarm this argument easily... well, by simply reforming the kleptocratic status quo.
But Putin specifically cannot do it because he built it from the scratch 🤷♂️
Nobody can say that Navalny could either, but that can be only answered after he enters the government.
