How do you open this in desktop Riot client? 🤔

You can "fix" the link by removing the path segment starting with "!" and replacing it with an alias of the room (including "#").

@kravietz no idea, sorry. Can't find any way to open it myself on Riot-Android. Maybe comment permalinks are an unfinished feature?
