Oh no, native means IPv6 is on the wire (like over PPPoE) rather than tunneled inside IPv4. Not many ISP do it but those who do are definitely worth it for many reasons. In UK I can recommend @faelix and IDnet, not sure about Norway. Just search for "native ipv6".
