Google Authenticator and LastPass Authenticator both enforce strict vendor lock-in by not allowing any form of TOTP seeds exports. I've been throught that over a year ago and switched to Aegis open-source authenticator which allows you export for backup or migration and is available on F-Droid. You can also import them into KeePassDX which has a built-in TOTP generator (which I however don't do as it kind of kills the whole M in MFA).
