Correct, he didn't say anything about drinking - he suggested injections and getting it "in the lungs". This is literally what he said:

and that is an idea that isn't too crazy; just said in his weird way. We see that disinfectants kill the virus, in the case of exposing the lungs to an extremely dilute aerosol disinfectant/air mix that would be absorbed through the tissue of the lungs into the body killing concentrations of this virus (as well as other things) through it does follow... if i can drink bleach water effectively and only feel a little strange after a week, is there a way to "bleach" the lungs/blood stream (which would send "disinfectant" throughout the entire body) without causing moderate to severe harm to the body.
I would say it's one of the last things i'd be interested in trying as bleach, and similar disinfectants are WAY to effective and kill a lot of good stuff too and i can't really see sensitive tissue like the lungs being able to withstand dosages that the stomach/intestines can, or if at all without major scarring.
Also he has experts with him at these things and really; they are who we should be paying attention to regardless of if he poorly words or brings something up that may be possible in some case but unlikely. He just usually gives a bit of an overview and fights with the media which is always fun.

that's not how dilute aerosol works my dude.
Just because something isn't concentrate doesn't mean it's ineffective (it means it's less effective). It would be dilute in order to avoid chemical burns or damage to the tissue, also being dilute would allow it to be absorbed faster by the tissue and hopefully only in the tissue long enough to kill some of the virus before being rendered useless and (mostly) harmless to the rest of the body.
