I'm Ahmed Almadhoob, and my pen name is El Beladi. You call me a global cyber-citizen while I'm originally from the Kingdom of Bahrain, a tiny island at the middle of the Middle East. My country is usually considered as the business hub of the Gulf, and it consists of a multicultural society. I hope you all visit us here one day, and I will be your tour guide for free.

My passion is poetry and literature, while my profession is software development. I use Python and JavaScript languages, more specifically Django and Vue frameworks. As a user of GNU/Linux and KDE, I support open-source software as much as I can everywhere. I like the industry and culture of Deutschland (i.e. Germany) where I have my own cloud server, since they heavily implement international standards and respect open technologies.

This is my personal account @elbeladi where I share some thoughts and emotions. Furthermore, I currently manage @opensoftly not-for-profit project and @allentishare for-profit project. If everything goes well in future, I hope to start a free standalone Mastodon instance that is specialized in literature for all. Toot!
