@DissidentKitty @kravietz actually GTO also has something to do with sports and grades, like when you pass ЕГЭ ("unified state exams", another extremely shitty thing) you can run 20km or so and get the GTO badge and it adds +5 to your exam results or smt. and in ЕГЭ every point counts, so a lot of kids do that
