Needs :

- In a privacy friendly country
- Powered by green energy
- Not expensive
...
I'm trying https://1984hosting.com (in Iceland) but the support doesn't seems super reactive...
Do you have any advice?

@skynebula germany has decent privacy laws
is a mostly greenish energy country these days...
obviously within europe (and not 'leaving it' anytime soon)

I recall a totally green/private host in iceland, but it was quite expensive.
@gemlog @skynebula In terms of green energy, Germany has 4x more emissions than France after they closed their nuclear power plants :) www.electricitymap.org shows that in real time

Countries sorted by metric tons of CO2 per capita, france is nearly twice as good as germany (5 vs 9). Iceland trails both with 12.1!
