@mkwadee it's somewhat silly to assume free and open source software don't have any security bugs, IMHO.

@jonah That's not what I'm saying at all. All software has bugs in it. With free software, a patch is often made available in hours and the user is free to install it whereas with this and other proprietary software you have to wait for the official update which can take days or weeks.

@mkwadee @jonah Then again, there are bugs and security issues with FLOSS which haven't been addressed in years. A lot of the security nimbus of Linux comes down to 'security through obscurity', which isn't necessarily a bad thing, in my opinion...
