@Mayana yep! Got the custom.css thing working on my machine too, in Chrome... I opened a GitHub issue https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/11016

Not sure why CW isn't working, the box appears to open for me (I'll try it on this toot). Maybe a Javascript blocker on your browser?
