@Wetrix @glitcher32 You could encrypt your data prior to storing it in the cloud. Then you don't need to worry about the cloud provider's implementation.

@Wetrix @glitcher32 You might want to look into a rclone. I don't use it myself, but I have seen it in use and it can encrypt and decrypt your cloud backups on the fly. I personally back up to a hard drive, which is then completely disconnected and stored off-site. Storage is cheap enough that I can have multiple 1TB drives. I wouldn't rely on one backup. Just the other day I tried to access one of my backups and the drive was completely dead.
