Google is bringing AMP to Gmail not for your convenience or to increase speed, but to change your mailbox into a platform for marketers. Better switch to an email service that respects your right to privacy. πŸ˜‰

@thegibson awesome work. Been fun watching it go from "should I" to "shit, logo" and now to invoice!

To be clear: a surveillance funded internet is awful. But a pay-to-play internet that only the wealth benefit from by extracting rent from the poor expressing themselves in public? That's worse in many ways.

Let's not forget that the goal is to make a free, private, inclusive internet. Not to let Brendan Eich and his cronies make you buy their new cryptocurrency to not see adds in his reskinned open source browser.

Brave is pure methyl mercury. Avoid it wherever possible

@roxxers I remember watching that on release. I had to go check imdb because I thought there was no way it could be that old.

I hate you for making me feel old :).

@afallen absolutely. I would love to see a higher usage of open source software across Wales. I spend every day pushing it's positives and proving its usefulness in the services I work on.

We're really pleased that Welsh Government recognises the crucial importance of digital technology for Wales (lnkd.in/e-rTHEi) But.... πŸ€”

We think we can go one better. We want Wales to be an open-source, Creative Commons country πŸ˜ƒπŸ“–πŸ”“πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ

We'd like to create a manifesto for Wales to benefit from the power of open source. If you're with us, please let us know

Fantastic ride out today... Got shit on by a bird. I've had enough of this week. It's time to just sit infront of the TV and abuse the bluray collection.

@ryen @thegibson @jerephil I'm now imagining what sort of email address this person is using. I can see the discussion:

"if you let me know what your email is, I'll send you more info."

"sure, fire your info load over to studmuffinpornbaron6969@braceyourself.xxx"

New bike arrived, assembled ready for evening ride apart from pedals. In the process of changing them over from old bike, hand slipped and DEEP cut across knuckle... No training for me for a few days.

Sods fucking law.

We won! The UK Supreme Court has ruled that the Investigatory Powers Tribunal is subject to judicial review before the High Court. The Court's judgment is a major endorsement and affirmation of the rule of law in the UK. privacyinternational.org/press twitter.com/privacyint/status/

@eightbitsamurai@elekk.xyz read that on another site yesterday. I honestly had to check the date to make sure we hadn't somehow rolled back to April Fools.
