@gray No, it's a resistance band exercise.

You tie a band to a post, stand at resistance with it in your hand and you:

Touch ground
Twist behind (with one foot twisting like a punch)
Push band behind you
Touch ground
repeat for other shoulder

Did 2 sets of ~15 seconds at the pace of "Indestructible" by Disturbed... after my workout.

I thought I'd puke.

5x5 overhead presses @ 37.5kg
2x5 deadlifts @ 85kg
