For the time being, I am
1) too lazy to put on those fucking 1.25kg things, so I just increase the weight by 5kg, and
2) it may be like this for a few more weeks.
Just finished Week 1, with the end weights being:
Squats: 20-35kg
Bench: 30-40kg
Overhead press: 20-25kg
Deadlift: 40-45kg
Barbell row: 30-35kg
I'm excited about next week. After paycheck, I intend to arrange an hour of training with a trainer just to check if I got the correct form.
