Well, Here's all I ate today:

30g of whey protein mixed with milk
NOTHING FUCKING ELSE

Gonna make another protein shake later in the day, maybe grab some beans for dinner, but that may be it, boys. I may be getting too little protein in my previous diet.

I did squats with my kettlebell today and I feel fine. Just a tiny cold left, not even blowing my nose anymore. That'll be gone today.

@m4iler bit concerned by how little you're taking in. While it's OK here and there, it's not sustainable and illness will be an issue.

@gray Dude, that's TODAY :-D I didn't do anything today, and at the time I read this, I was eating some Knäckebrot with peanut butter to get my fat in.
