@markosaric Fathom are preaching privacy yet not open source. Saddening.

Germany’s labor minister:
“Everyone who wants to and whose job allows it should be able to work in a home office, even when the corona pandemic is over. We are learning in the pandemic how much work can be done from home these days.”
👏
@syntax go for it!
@syntax I wrote an article that I like to read to people if possible.
I also tell them to read books about privacy (depending on who I'm talking to) such as 1984, Animal Farm, Permanent Record .
Watching some of the Snowden documentaries is also advisable.
Tell Congress: Oppose the U.S.-U.K. Cloud Act Deal
This probably should've been my first #100DaysToOffload , never mind...

I keep going to contribute to the documentation of projects I care about on @gitlab, e.g. @nextcloud, and noticing a #GitHub account is required. Why is there still so much reliance on GitHub for repos on GitLab? Can anyone recommend #FOSS projects to contribute to on #GitLab? I was pleased to notice @lineageos is on there... #git #opensource #privacy #security #software #programming
@syntax sourcehut.org is my favourite software forge. Doesn't use any JS.
I too find it annoying that people rely on GitHub, however I can think of worse things to rely on.
Don't know of any of the projects you're looking for sadly.

Did you know Google Analytics is the biggest tracker on the web?
Website owners: Knowing you're sharing your users' data with Google should be enough to stop using Google Analytics but just in case, @markosaric has more reasons that go beyond privacy.
